            Assistance for Departments

Knowledgeable Department associates are needed in each store department to assist customers. Too many employees grouped together talking, playing on phones.

              Terrible customer service

Bill might be the rudest most condescending Home Depot employee I have ever came across. I am sorry that Bill had to get up out of his seat to come check me out but we all have jobs to do. What’s worse is that management doesn’t care how he speaks to customers. This is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Now that I know, I’ll make an effort to go to a different Home Depot whenever possible.
