The report indicates that a total of 13 individuals were arrested during this time period. Some of the reasons for these arrests include driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and various warrants.
Benny B. Markt, 65, of Oregon, Missouri, was arrested on August 1, 2024, at 5:40 PM in Harrison County. He was charged with a misdemeanor warrant for traffic violations from Clay County. Markt was held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center and was bondable.
Justin P. Holloman, 41, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on August 2, 2024, at 8:39 PM in Holt County. He faced charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width. Holloman was held at the Holt County Sheriff’s Department on a 12-hour hold.
Tiffany R. McCollum, 38, of Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on August 2, 2024, at 11:51 PM in Daviess County. She was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and no seatbelt. McCollum was held at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
Kiefer R. Gillenwater, 27, of Fillmore, Missouri, was arrested on August 2, 2024, at 11:53 PM in Andrew County. He faced charges of felony driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and failure to maintain control of the vehicle. Gillenwater was released to Mosaic Life Care of Saint Joseph.
Scott A. Peterson, 31, of Glenwood, Iowa, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 12:39 AM in Holt County. He was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of insufficient width, and failure to display valid plates on a motor vehicle. Peterson was held at the Holt County Sheriff’s Department on a 12-hour hold.
Robert T. Walker, 56, of Elkhorn, Nebraska, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 11:01 AM in Holt County. He faced charges of a misdemeanor warrant for failing to display plates from Atchison County and failing to display valid plates. Walker was held at the Holt County Sheriff’s Department and was bondable.
Denis L. Linard, 67, of Purdin, Missouri, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 3:25 PM in Grundy County. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender. Linard was held at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
Brandon C. Knight, 25, of Plattsburg, Missouri, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 7:45 PM in Clinton County. He faced charges of felony resisting arrest, two counts of felony assault on special victims, exceeding the posted speed limit, lane violation, and failure to stop at a stoplight. Knight was held at the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Taylor R. Coffelt, 24, of Ravenwood, Missouri, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 8:47 PM in Nodaway County. She was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (drugs), operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, and no seatbelt. Coffelt was released to Mosaic Maryville.
Meredith M. Kelly, 41, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on August 2, 2024, at 7:44 PM in Marion County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated. Kelly was held at the Marion County Jail and subsequently released.
Joshua L. Holtschneider, 26, of Linn, Missouri, was arrested on August 3, 2024, at 2:36 AM in Schuyler County. He faced charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal. Holtschneider was held at the Scotland County Jail and later released.
Caleb L. Tasco, 34, of La Grange, Missouri, was arrested on August 3, 2024, at 7:29 AM in Lewis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. Tasco was held at the Lewis County Jail and subsequently released.
Christal A. Miller, 39, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on August 3, 2024, at 11:12 PM in Marion County. She faced charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a person less than 17 years old in the vehicle, and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway. Miller was held at the Marion County Jail and subsequently released.
